: Details
The Atlas cedar, when mature, becomes a sizable coniferous evergreen tree, reaching heights of 30 to 35 m (98 to 115 ft) (occasionally 40 m) with a trunk diameter ranging from 1.5 to 2 m (4.9 to 6.6 ft). Its characteristics closely resemble other Lebanon cedar varieties, making distinctions challenging.
