| About Plant | Eucalyptus citriodora (E.C.) is a valuable aromatic tree species with significant uses in both the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Its essential oil is composed predominantly of citronellal (about 80%). Globally, around 250 tons of E.C. oil are produced annually, mainly in Brazil and China, whereas the estimated demand exceeds 1,000 tons per year. |
